Every time you set an intention it gives consent to the Universe to make it happen.

I felt a very peaceful energy this meditation. Like the gentlest waves of a calm ocean.

One of the worst parts of having unseen and immeasurable intolerances is the fear that accompanies it. Fear of people not understanding, fear of new and unknown circumstances, and fear of changes because we have to be so careful with what we come into contact with. The fear can also sometimes prevent us from achieving the necessary change in perspective that healing requires.
