Wabi Sabi, Ahimsa

Wabi Sabi hosts meditations that are self-guided and easy to do wherever you are. Jot down the time, and do a short meditation at the designated time (5-20 minutes, or even 5 deep breaths).

You may set the intention to be connected to the energy of the group, or set an intention for your own personal growth. A topic will be determined for each meditation based on the energies of the time. You might use that as a guide for your intentions - or set your own.

We appreciate this moment of pause in our busy lives, and hope you will too.

Ahimsa, Ahimsa Warrior

Ahimsa means nonviolence. A Warrior is someone who survives, time and time again. An Ahimsa Warrior is one who can do this nonviolently. Dealing with trauma is challenging, and recovering is a battle we face again and again.

This workshop is intended for people who work for peace within themselves, knowing that it ripples outward to create peace in the world. It is designed to teach us how to channel the energy of our past into artwork that heals.

Monthly Zoom meeting on the second or fourth Saturday at 12:00 pm central.
