Meditation
ming+ming meditation invites you to join our small and supportive meditation group! We will introduce new techniques and revisit tried-and-true meditation basics to help you discover what styles work for your (wandering) mind and your (fidgety) body, in order to curate a meditation practice that fits into your busy schedule.
Wabi Sabi hosts meditations that are self-guided and easy to do wherever you are. Jot down the time, and do a short meditation at the designated time (5-20 minutes, or even 5 deep breaths).
You may set the intention to be connected to the energy of the group, or set an intention for your own personal growth. A topic will be determined for each meditation based on the energies of the time. You may use that as a guide for your intentions - or set your own.
We appreciate this moment of pause in our busy lives, and hope you will too.
