Year of the Fire Horse Meditation

This New Moon and Solar Eclipse mark our entry into the Year of the Yang Fire Horse. Yang energy can lead us to feel more outgoing and social. And the fire aspect helps us to feed energy into whatever we’re passionate about.

Adventurous and enthusiastic, the Spirit Animal, Horse, is unapologetically free. It leads with a buoyancy that’s easy to get caught up in. A smile can go a long way this year, shining a light that catches on. If we direct this Horse energy in a productive way, we can accomplish a lot.

Join our group at 8pm central (9pm eastern, 7pm mountain, 6pm pacific, and 4pm Hawaiian) for a self-guided meditation. Clear the energy of the past lunar year by clearing your mind and taking a moment to relax.
