Described in Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys, the Six Core Wounds of Humanity are archetypal wounds that every human being carries in some form.
Over the past series, we’ve been discussing the Core Wounds of:
Repression
Denial
Shame
Rejection
Guilt
Separation
We’ll address the last wound of separation, and work with our Crown Chakras.
During the start of our lives, we experience the separation of birth. We live our lives through a series of separations… friendships, jobs, relationships. Some separations are to our benefit.
But loneliness is a real issue in our modern world. And being separate can be very different from feeling separate.
We’ll talk about this and our true interconnectedness while we make some art :)
The crown chakra can be all colors, bright and pastel, violet, pink, gold, silver and white. Bring something to write with and a medium of your choice.
No previous experience with the Six Core Wounds necessary.
