Third Eye Chakra | Rejection

Rejection - what a touchy subject. No one likes to be rejected. But it’s a part of life. We’re rejected for jobs, by partners; our views may be rejected by friends…

How do we handle rejection? What things do we reject?

And what tools can help us soften the blow of our next rejection?

We’ll talk about this and make some artwork :)

We’ll be working with the Third Eye Chakra. Its colors are shades blue to indigo, purple and black.

For this series, we’ll also be working with the complimentary colors of yellow and gold.

It’s also helpful to have a journal and something to write with.

Ahimsa means nonviolence. A Warrior is someone who survives. An Ahimsa Warrior is one who can do this nonviolently. Dealing with trauma is challenging, and recovering is a battle we face again and again.

This workshop is intended for those who work for peace within themselves, knowing that it ripples outward to create peace in the world. It is designed to teach us how to channel the energy of our past into artwork that heals.
