Ahimsa Warrior Workshop #26

Crown Chakra | Shame

Sunday, December 28th at 2:00 pm central, 1:00 pm mountain, 12:00 pm pacific and 3:00 pm eastern (90 minutes)

The Crown Chakra is our connection to the Source of all things and our higher Self. It’s no wonder this connection can be severed by something like shame.

Shame can change your personality and actions, and it can also make you feel unworthy of love.

How do we handle our shame? Is it something that can be shared with others or do we keep it to ourselves?

We’ll talk about this and make some artwork :)

The crown chakra is bright rainbow colors (including pink), whites and metallics (bring some glitter if you have some).

You can also use the complimentary colors or black, grey and brown.

Select a medium of your choice and have something-to-write-with handy.

Ahimsa means nonviolence. A Warrior is someone who survives. An Ahimsa Warrior is one who can do this nonviolently. Dealing with trauma is challenging, and recovering is a battle we face again and again.

This workshop is intended for those who work for peace within themselves, knowing that it ripples outward to create peace in the world. It is designed to teach us how to channel the energy of our past into artwork that heals.
