Have you ever been out in nature, and just felt your whole heart-field expand? We see all the systems at play, the growth and the decay. It makes us believe we are a part of something bigger.

Is there something you would like to expand in your life?

Would you like to expand your mind with learning something new? Would you like to expand the space in your place by clearing out unused items? Think about where your growth is occurring.

With Mercury in retrograde until the 23rd, things may not go as planned. But trust that the Universe has your back. The lessons you’ll learn will benefit you.

Monday, July 13th at 7pm Eastern, 6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, and 4pm Pacific join the energy of our group for a few minutes, and just close your eyes, listen to the breeze, and breathe.

Energy Work with Animals

These meditations can be shared with the animals in your life. Through guided meditation, we’ll introduce some of the spirit animal totems, animal guides of the Chinese and Western zodiacs and connect with our chakras to help bring calm and peace into our lives.

This meditation will align with our new moon in May and our theme will be trust.

A 10-15 minute guided meditation will begin our class and that will be followed by a check-in, discussion and hang-out. You can come for all or part of the session.
