During this workshop we be activated our Heart Chakra and discussed ‘Grief’.
In what ways do we process our grief? Grief is not only limited to the loss of a loved one. We experience grief in many ways in our daily lives, and how we cope makes all the difference.
We worked with the Heart Chakra and started with greens (lime, emerald, forest) and turquoise, pinks and iridescent colors.

The more you care, the more it hurts
Can be felt with joyful events like weddings
The more you feel, the more you grieve
It can be the letting go of the person you were or would like to be
