Long Night Moon Meditation

This December full moon is called the long night moon because it is the last full moon before the Winter Solstice, when the nights are their longest. Now is a good time to think about what your intentions will be for this Solstice celebration. Is there a way to organize your life around these intentions and values?

As we continue the introspective energy of this month, think about ways to let go of the past events and harness these creative forces to manifest dreams that may have been set to the side. What have you been dreaming of?

“Embrace the balance between intuition and thought, information and wisdom, doing and being, action and patience, community and personal time.” ~Lena Stevens
