New Moon Meditation

Let’s make a list of all of our failures, our regrets, our mistakes… and next to each one, let’s write a success, an accomplishment, a joy. Will our joyful list outnumber the other one? Even the little things can count for a lot some days.

This New Moon is the time to make changes. If you look at your regrets and think, “I never want to do that again,” make a change that will allow this to be. If you find you haven’t done something that nurtures your soul in a while, make a plan to. We have to make room for the joy as well as the challenges in life.
