Our goal this new moon is to release the tension of the past few weeks. What brings you comfort? What grounds you and brings you stability?

The best way to release tension is to move your body. Doing this in sunlight and fresh air also boosts your mood. Invite the sun to nourish your solar plexus chakra. Empower your physical body and fuel your creativity.

Yes, there are things on the list that need to be done, but there always will be. Prioritize yourself this new moon. Take some time from your busy schedule… and even if just for a moment, make yourself comfortable.

Join us in meditating as a group at 10:53 am central time or any time throughout the day. Even stopping for five breaths helps to bring energy to the peace we are creating.
