About your teacher:
Marc has been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2009. He acknowledges that the profound effects of mindfulness have slowly, but permanently improved his life by: helping him make better choices; fostering self-confidence in a challenging second career; and maintaining sobriety for the past 10 years.
Marc believes we all have the power and the intelligence to help ourselves if we are more aware of how we get in our own way.
In addition to teaching meditation, Marc works at Arizona State University as a research professional and he is fascinated by terrestrial impact craters that were formed by asteroid fragments striking the Earth. He is also pursuing an undergraduate degree focused on counseling and applied psychological sciences. Marc lives in Arizona with his wife and small zoo (snake, parrot and dog) and really enjoys mountain biking in the desert - getting exercise without even noticing it!
