How was your Thanksgiving?
We hope you had a wonderful long weekend eating good food and scoring great shopping deals!
We did something a little different this year. We skipped the Norman Rockwell Thanksgiving and traveled (separately).
For some of us, it’s REALLY hard to break tradition and take a trip just for ourselves with our partners and kids.
Maybe we feel like we’re letting people down because we’re "skipping" family Thanksgiving. Maybe we feel like we’re being selfish.
But in the end, we decided this is what we wanted and needed to feel rejuvenated… and we did it!
At ming+ming, this is what we call a “life flex”—when we take a pattern or habit that isn’t serving us right now and intentionally make a change that gives us energy and fills our heart.
