Connect with Christine Saindon, LCSW

July 5, 2024

I’ve worked with Christine in many facets over the years and I’m excited to welcome her to the Wabi Sabi Wellness Resource page. She has helped me to heal and grow into the person I am today, and she spearheaded our Moon Meditation group during the pandemic, when a conscious time for calm was needed. Read a little bit of her story below.

I have worked as a therapist for over 20 years and my approach has been influenced by my experience with and study of trauma and it’s after effects.  I believe that most symptoms people experience can be traced back to a traumatic event.

Anxiety, depression, addictions including eating disorders, phobias, insomnia, anger issues, and social problems are often the result of trauma.

My focus is not to identify experiences as traumas but to provide treatment that helps the specific ways that these significant life events affect the mind and body.

I focus on developing a caring and collaborative relationship with my clients and on creating a safe space for them for their work in therapy.

I utilize a variety of traditional therapeutic techniques as well as newer evidence based approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, cognitive, behavioral, and solution oriented solutions and a number of strategies derived from my training as a yoga instructor.

I also offer a form of energy healing, Divine Love Healing. It was developed by Ahlmeirah Ariel Hallaire, a former physician who now resides in France and teaches this and other forms of energy healing. Divine Love Healing removes energetic blocks to healing and facilitates personal growth and transformation over time. I was trained over the course of three years in all levels of Divine Love Healing and additional advanced processes as well.

Honoring Cilla Whatcott, HD RHOM, CCH, PHD

June 3, 2024

Cilla rescued me in many ways on numerous occasions… She was my Homeopath, mentor and guide. I trained under Cilla for my homeoprophylaxsis certification. I still use her sound advice and guidance today. Cilla passed this year and she is deeply missed. I’d like to share with you her Bio from Real Immunity.

“Producer and executive director of the Real Immunity film series, Cilla brings a rich and varied background of personal and professional experiences to her healing practice. She’s lived in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, on the East coast, the West coast and aboard a sailboat in the Bahamas. Her travels to Asia, Russia, Europe, the Caribbean, and Micronesia have instilled a deep respect for humankind and an intuitive understanding of human nature.

She holds a B.A. degree from Arizona State University, a diploma from the four year professional program at Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy, Minneapolis, MN and a PhD in clinical homeopathy from Kingdom College. She was an instructor at Normandale Community College in Minnesota for eight years, teaching classes about homeopathy, vaccines, and autism.  She is the co-founder of a non-profit 501c3 for the education of homeopathic practitioners in homeoprophylaxis.

Cilla was a forerunner in opening the conversation regarding the need for safe immunizations as early as 2008, while teaching at Normandale Community College and a pioneer bringing homeoprophylaxis to American families. Her interviews with illuminaries such as Andy Wakefield, Del Bigtree, Paul Thomas and others preceded their meteoric rise to popularity. She continues to bring her films and HP program into the public eye as a means of engaging experts, and promoting  safe, natural, real immunity.

Prior to finding homeopathy, Cilla was a professional dancer/choreographer who performed with a Chinese company, led her own dance company in the Marshall Islands, had a studio on Whidbey Island, WA, and loved performing modern, tap, and ballet.”
