Respect - it’s the foundation of relationships that work. With it, amazing things can be accomplished, but without it, all sorts of wars will be waged.

Respect is a two-way street. And if only one person (or country) is on that street, relations can be really challenging.

This topic seems like an apt conclusion to our Anti-war series, where we have focused on ideas that have the opposite energy of war and its aspects.

How do command respect of ourselves? And how do we work on respecting others when that feeling is not innate?

Our Earth Chakra lives at the center of the Earth. We nourish this chakra with colors like brown, stone, green and metallics. Gold is a favorite of this Chakra.
