We'll be creating a healing mandala with the theme of the Equinox and the energy that it brings at the beginning of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and the beginning of Spring in the Southern Hemisphere.

The workshop will be 90 minutes. Bring with you a medium you would like to work with and a journal or something to write with.

Compromise is necessary in any relationship. But it can be challenging, especially when you’re talking about politics and war.

Compromise is commonly thought of as a settlement where each side has to make concessions. It can also be the practice of accepting conditions that are lower than your standard. If there is a difference in opinion, we can’t bank on the other party changing their mind.

Is there a way to compromise that makes everyone happy? Are there things that should be expected without compromise? What compromises do we make in our lives?

We’ll talk about this and make some art :)

The Root Chakra is earthy and primal. It like colors like deep red, burgundy and wine colors. Also browns, black, iron and copper help to energize this cakra.

Bring a medium of your choice and perhaps a journal or something to write with.
