Yes, these may be excuses, but they’re legitimate excuses! We live busy, successful lives and share it with others that we love. But we’re here to say, these can all be true and you can still make time to prioritize yourself.
We know what it feels like to be aware that you need change in your life but also feel so overwhelmed that you end up NOT changing anything at all. We all live busy lives, so who has time to start a personal growth journey when we already know it’s going to be one hard decision after another?
